Sorry mate, but if you already know all the answers then why did you ask the opinion of the members here?
If Turkey has such a fine intelligence section and surveillence capability then why would they be interested in your several week course with Task or in fact any other outside agency???
The size and military capabilities of an army are in no ways reflective of their skills in intelligence and counter intelligence roles, therefore the comments made regarding the amount of F-16s etc are irrelevant.
Physical surveillence and technical surveillence are two highly different skill sets and as such your comments regarding the technical capabilities of the Turkish Military are again irrelevant.
You asked a question regarding training and I doubt as such any military (especially one so large and skilled) would ever consider any outside training as being relevant regarding entry level to their existing undercover units.
English language skills are relevant regarding intelligence analysts positions etc but as for special operations roles I doubt they will hold too much sway.

On a different note, you asked a question, gained an answer and then misinterpreted the repies offered.... hope you dont do that when intel gathering !!! Calm down and take your oil ......
