Devs85. I am also still waiting for my SIA licence, but it still did not stop me from getting a job with CRG on the FCO Contract in Baghdad. CRG accept the licence application number which the SIA should have sent you. However if you opt for CRG, hey may well insist that you do their HEPCO course. Depends on your background and previous experience.
