Go and try to handcuff people around while doing door work or similar and you'll find out lots of trouble in your way, the law is deeper than you think. You are not a P.O. so don't try to play or act like you one, D.S. can use legal and reasonable force only and that's it. If you have any issue at work and it's getting a little out of hand, your duty is to call the Police, that's why they are in there for.
