Sorry , didnt read that part about a level 3 making you a T/L , Please allow me to clear that up .... nonsense.
A T/L is usually highly qualified and has EXPERIENCE. A piece of paper from some university cannot duplicate that (thank Christ).
If that is what you were told when doing your course then shame on whoever sold you that line of crap. All I will say is go out to the pit for example and put your diploma on the table and request a T/L slot and listen to the giggles and sniggers for hours!!!
USe the qualification for what it is, a foothold in the industry , nothing more.
