agreed andy, Med skills are definately high on the necessity list, but as Cpt 291 states they must be refreshed and updated regularly. All team members must have a certain level of training especially for HE gigs.
Risk assessment and avoidance are also necessary skills, it is the full package that counts not just one part of it. Ronin are undoubtedly the finest around for their meds, but as overall packages they are still up there, but there are other alternatives which dont cost the moon and stars that are every bit as good.
