Mate. Go to www.ronin.co.za and call them or even send an email - like the ones you've posted here...!!! I'll bet you they send you an information pack with everything you need to know...!!! The one thing I will tell you is there is no bullshit involved with them. What they say they teach you - they do. Accommodation and food is spot on. Cape Town is fantastic..! I stayed 3 months after the course...
The fitness test is not difficult but you still need to be fit! It's somewhat different than the BFT - go find out...!!! lol...!!
You'll enjoy it though Rudy. I suggest you take a few lessons in NLP first though!!!
