If you are looking for a good wilderness medicine course i can recommend
Solo in USA
Solo is one of 2 biggest wilderness course providers in the states along with
WMA I took the solo course in 1996 and the WMA course last year.
I liked the solo course better from my opinion they go deeper and have better training methods
Those courses will get you a good Base for the American ACLS and PALS courses and The EMT courses are very well known world wide.
Both those courses will give you NREMT Basic diplomas plus the wilderness part
It will take you about 1 month but as sad before it is not the Cheapest way
I remember seeing a company that did teach the American Wilderness EMT course in UK or Ireland some years ago Maybe google can help?
(I thing solo still is the biggest provider of wilderness medicine courses for the American Armed forces)
