WEMSI (Wilderness Emergency Medical Institue) run the W-EMT and the W-FR courses in the UK and Ireland. I have been looking at their courses, people that I know that have done them in the past have rated the course - but from the website and the lack of information I am not sure how upto date the courses are. Then again the European section seems to be better in web design than the US counterparts.
They run their courses at the Scottish Mountaineering centre at Glenmore Lodge, Aviemore.
