Just want to glean some advise from those in the know; what courses/qualifications are recognised internationally?

I'm not looking to go down the paramedic route (i'd love to, but time, money and a million other things won't permit), but I would like to build up a qualification base that is recognised and worth something.

I've done a lot of courses in the past; a lot of which are now up for renewal; from HSE recognised to others that are more advanced and regognised by the RCS in Edinburgh.

I've looked at MIRA1 & 2 with ExMed; is MIRA 2 seen as a decent "end" qual, or should one go further? Obviously even with MIRA1&2 one only has a few weeks training under their belt. What course would come above/after this? The HSE Offshore Med looks obvious bot is only available to qualified nursing/medical staff.....i am particulary interested in the likes of MIRA as my pref is for remote area medicine training given that a lot of my time is in that environment; pre hospital and remote.

Any advise or help.
