My view is that we should have more Competitions like this.....the most sincere Politician, the most honest Politician, the most efficient Govt Department ( SIA need not apply), the soberest Scotsman, the most intelligent Irishman, the most well informed US President......and any more that you can think of.....Oh, not to mention the quietest woman!!!....the most unaggressive Rottwieller.....I am going to stop now and go and take my medication.
