Do you even have the vaguest idea what you are talking about? Someone looking for people in a certain regiment is going to be looking for the teeth of that regiment or a specific skill if they favour a support roled unit. Years of experience as a DS means you have years of experience as a DS. You might have a knack for spotting a potential trouble maker after years of experience as a DS but it does not mean you have the disciplined forces background that even a military chef would have and it does not mean that years of experience as a DS means your going to be any good as a CP operator, they are utterly different roles.
