I agree with those companies you refer to. A para chef will have done P Company training, worked as part of a fighting unit and knows how to gell as part of a team. In fact on a job I know of, the TL was a Para Chef.

Besides, having someone knock up a range stew out of twigs and dust in the middle of nowhere is good for morale; a Door Supervisor with a chip on their shoulder such as yourself, is not.

I would think very carefully before you start to slate ex-military who have served their Country.
