Welcome to the forum.
Read the older threads, it will provide you with alot of info. Especially the thread "A Beginners guide to becoming a CPO" by Nomad.
Unfortunately depending on what you want out of your course you will be looking at anything from £1,500 to £5,000. Like i mentioned above read the older threads the questions you are asking have been asked numerous times.
