A doorman has been shot at a nightclub in west Dublin early this morning.
The 38-year-old was shot in the neck while working at the Red Cow in Clondalkin.
He was rushed to Tallaght Hospital, but his injuries are not life-threatening.
A car, believed to be used in the attack, was later recovered from the Dolphin House area of Kilmainham.

A man has been arrested after a gun attack on a nightclub doorman.The shooting took place at around 2am on Sunday at the club on the Naas Road, Clondalkin. The doorman, 38, suffered a single gunshot wound and was taken to Tallaght Hospital for treatment, but his injuries are not believed to be life-threatening.
A 23-year-old man was arrested by officers on patrol in the Dolphin House area of Kilmainham during what gardai described as a violent struggle. "One of the Garda members sustained a broken bone in his hand during the course of this arrest," a spokesman said. A car, believed to have been used in the attack, was also recovered in the same area.
