not sure about cp, psd, but as suggested in the string above armor have a lot going on in africa. i know they have an office in nairobi.
i also have reason to believe that aegis want to get into the niger delta.
sabre were in south sudan when i was there (2006) but didn't apper to be getting too far. maybe they have progressed.
