The RMP course does include planning for all ranks (when I did it anyway)! However it worthy of a note that its a basic course to see if a guy is ready for the role. They then conduct pre- deployment training. I can't comment on the old bill training for PPO's (and wouldn't unless I'd done both to compare). There is a reason why they are both high recognised is because they are both very professionally run. Unlike a lot of civvy courses - which are just grabbing money off guys who think they will get rich on the circuit.......
