I've personally been waiting over 8 weeks for an APPLICATION FORM. I tried twice via online, called 3 times and still no application for. Woman I spoke to informed me that they had 1,000's just lying around... She also said that there is some issue with the distribution centre. This practice to me is so unreal. It is an additional tax on jobs, but what I find disturbing is the stories of people making applications and being refused, knowing they are "fit to work" and made 3 attempts. £245 x 3, you know they don't do refunds. Mix this with the waiting times and in a short space of time Sia has over taken the likes of British Rail on poor performance.
We now called them "See ya" not Sia, because after they take your money this is what they do.
