Are we as security operatives in a position that we deserve no respect at the hands of future employers? There is much discussion about professionalism, punctuality and the ability to get the job done right. As David Rubens who taught my first door supervisor course at Meido Ltd in 2003 stated 95% of the security professionals always seem to get it wrong and he gave the three areas that could excel security professionals in the industry. One of those three dealt with time keeping.

Ok, I wanted to give a few worldy wise words of advice to those members looking to deploy to the Middle East, into a HECPO/PSD role. Hopefully no-one will take offence or start bitching about one thing or another..... These words are from 5 years of training people for deployment and since 1997 working on the curcuit, before which military deployments etc etc, from at least 5 different people, with RMP, Infantry, Royal Marine, SAS experience.
