If i have a cctv card installed on my pc will the pc need to be on for the cameras - Close Protection Forum and Surveillance Forum

to work? Would a cheap DVR be better to use than having your pc on all the time? save electricity?
Can dvr be watced through a pc?

the cctv card installed in the pc will only work if the pc is on ... isn't that obvious ??
