Suggested conduct if taken hostage.

I am enquiring if anyone knows of a good source of reading for the suggested conduct of captives after the initial kidnap. I wish to put a small presentation together for a briefing as a part of a upcoming task. Any pointers would be greatly appreciated.

Terry Waite has a book out about his time as a Hostage called "Taken on Trust" lots of interesting stuff in there in fact he is probably the defato expert on the subject, having been there got the T shirt and wrote the book! (Albeit he was advised at the time by "AM" the Rmp TL in Beirut at the time not to use locals for protection!)!!!
