I took my CP course with CTR and have worked for them as well, never had any problems work wise with them and they are a good bunch of lads, as for the high risk course i think it is done with Trojan over in the US as they are in partnership with them, but if its as good and in depth as the CP course done by CTR in the UK then i would think it is a very good course to do.
