SIA Telephone number

Hi, does anybody know if the SIA telephone number has changed or not, because outside the country its impossible even to get a connection and E-mails they dont answer either?

The SIA have just moved offices apparently. They've gone from Newcastle to Liverpool I think. A friend of mine is waiting for his license and was told that all his documents had been sent on to Liverpool from Newcastle. The phone number is still the same as far as I know and they never answer e-mails!

They are taking around an hour to answer phones at the moment. You're best writing to them. If you want an application form there are people that have waited weeks just for the form. If you have made an application you can look up it's progress on the on-line tracker but it isn't always accurate.
If your application has been delayed then write to their head office threatening legal action for loss of earnings, phone calls etc. and give them expected amounts. It works wonders!

This is the alternative to the 0845 number 0151 2433701 for the call centre, it might be easier from abroad but you won't get an answer any quicker.

Hi guys,

I spent 50 odd minutes on the phone today just waiting to speak to someone. That was after countless phone call just trying to get onto the switchboard.......usually engaged. I done the on line thing requesting an application form but I'm still to recieve it. Emails not replied to either. Concidering its a Government requirement its not running to smoothe.......just answered my own question there. they told me it will take 5 working days to send the app in the post...great.

They don't answer phone calls in there... that whole thing is a total mess and we all should take legal action against them for lost of earnings..
