can anyone give me advice?

Guys (and girls), Can anyone give me any advice on "Inkerman"? I have an interview coming up regarding a post with them.

The pay isn't great, the work is sporadic. I have known several people who have worked for them with nothing good to say. They may use you as a sub contractor on their books thats how they run alot of things except the opportunity of work isn't always there. They have one good guy working for them who is ex met police.

Fortunately for me, he is the guy doing the interview......as for "self employed," that suits me best.....to that extent I'l not give up the task I'm on at present.

I worked for them and they were a living nightmare, good luck if you get a job with them, your going to need it!

As with most employers there are good and bad points to be taken. The best thing to do is make up your own mind. Even if you do go on a task that turns out to be less than professional. What you will get from it is experience, good / bad and some new contacts as well as that often hard to come by green stuff !!!

I have not worked for them but will always give a company the benefit of the doubt on the first occasion unless serious alarm bells are being rung.

I've never thought of it like that. From every situation you gain experience and learn lessons either good or bad.
