Invictus13 is on a distinguished road
Hi all,

just wanted to know what your thoughts were on the topic of what background

would put you in a best position to obtain employment on the circuit? Is it better

to have served in the military or the police?

I know of certain companies for instance that refrain from using former police.

Thank you

Invictus

Regal Security Training Ltd will become famous soon enough
Hi
In answer to your question,Is a Police or Military Background Better for CP work?
police or military is a desired requirement by most companies but it also depends on the contract what they are being employed on, police with firearms and Close Protection are faves, military will also be favoured as there prior operational experience. i have also met some guys out there with no military or police experience,
but the most valuble asset is the para / Medic he is like gold dust.
companies that employ ex police:
Control Risks (IRQ)
Armorgroup (IRQ) (AFG)
Dyncorps (IRQ) AFG) (IPLO)
Aegis (Sorry i do not know)
Blue Hackle (Sorry do not know)
Sabre (Sorry do not know)
OliveGroup (Sorry do not know)

the top three companies actively employ ex police as Mentors, and in a CP role.

Hope that has Helped
