little advice?

OK just a little question, just like most people who just finish there CP course i am struggling to find work, even tho i am willing to work anywhere.
i am thinking about moving to Canada full time, do you think that would affect some company's to employ me because for what ever reason? (well thats only if a company ever gets back to me about work)
i know it probably is a stupid question to most of your's but who better to ask than people on the Circuit already.

Of course it makes it hard and just a tad expensive on your part if you move to Canada!!, unless your work in theatres like Iraq, Afgan etc. where the rotations can either be good or bad depending who you work for. Like everybody else mate unless you have got a couple of decent contacts is start at the bottom and work up, get on to an RST.

Lee, I would suggest that where you live should not affect your chances of work...I am not going into detail here because as Covert Monkey has already stated to you there is plenty of good advice on the site...needless to say and just to keep your spirits up, I have met and worked alongside Canadians in HE's.

just like to say thanks to all the advice, i have had a good look around on the site and sent my cv out to a good 15-20 companys. no joy just yet but my time has to come around at some time. just hope it happens before the next 8 months when i move over
