Where are the best defensive and offensive Driving Courses in the UK?

Also, can you do those courses in the UK if you have an international licence only?

Re international licence- probably not if youve been here for any time- this country gives you a fixed term to transfer it to a full UK license.

Where in the country are you? there are only really 1 or 2 GOOD courses delivered by really qualified instructors. Look for ex police as instructors - the military use them too they freely admit its not their main forte- but a market leader has to be BESPOKE-

Thanks for your reply.

As far as I know I can not change to a full UK licence. I'm from South America.

Have a look at the DVLA website at Exchanging your foreign driving licence : Directgov - Motoring , or contact them. I'm not sure about South American licences, but if I recall correctly licences from EEA countries are valid in the UK for three years after becoming a permanent resident.

From the website it would appear a licence from "other countries" (other than Ireland, UK, EEA, a few others) are only valid for one year after becoming a resident, and cannot be exchanged; instead you'd need to take a British driving test to get a UK licence.
