Isnt that what the Secret Service said before the Kennedy assassination. And why on earth would someone want to kill the Pope? They could not be serious. Right?
In this job (EP) you take any threat as a real threat !!! And another thing to remember with suicide bombers, is the innocent lives that are lost. Instead of saying it will not likely happen, prepare for the worst, and if nothing happens praise God. And if something does happen, you will have a greater chance of survival.
