one for all you guys out in the pit, have been speaking with a pal of mine who is out there at the mo. he's currently working for Edinburgh International (formerly Risks) conducting low profile CP, apparently they are looking for blokes at the moment. rotation is long 12 on 3 off but is £300 pd. waiting out on contact details in country.

Just before all you go crazy and jump on any work, ask people how the company is to work for, if they pay in good standards, and the equipment.
I can say for my own reasons to do PSD work in Iraq, in softskin vehicles is not my idea of postconflict work. Thats more a London detail..but this is not for just this company I mean investigate and ask around so you dont end up, with shit equipment.
Also alot of companys doing low cp, psd work pay more money that is generaly because they dont spend much on protection.

There is a big debate with regards to soft skin and armoured in Iraq, I have done both and see plus and minus's on both sides.

Low visability up armoureds are the way forward in Iraq as long as it is done properly so not a BMW, a Mercedes and another BMW ie pretend 'low vis'.
