Our client is looking for a Regional Security Manager to work within the Middle East. The right candidate MUST be available for interview IMMEDIATELY (within the next few days). Date, time and location to follow.

The following set of criteria are required from the applicant:

ESSENTIAL

* Minimum of 5 years experience in security industry management
* Strong English communications skills (oral & written) * Regional experience, UAE and Middle East

* Cross-cultural sensitivity, flexible worldview and emotional maturity
* Excellent interpersonal skills
* Educated to degree (graduate) level or an international equivalent
* Knowledge of physical/operational security techniques


KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE

* Recognised skills in supporting and directing security activities at multiple geographic locations
* Skills in supporting vendors and other outside contractors
* Providing support for internal policy, procedures and strategy
* High level of inter-personal skills and communication in all aspects

And at all levels

* The ability to work independently and make decisions to maintain organisational objectives * Operational support

* Available 24/7

* Security industry recognised qualification(s)
* Experience as a security advisor in corporate, public or private organisation security. * Understanding of diversity and cultural issues * Perform to a highly acceptable standard in the most complex, ambiguous and changing environment of security issues
* Excellent analytical and problem solving skills arriving at considered decisions
* Experience as a security advisor in the public, private or corporate environment.
* Language skills
* Determination to succeed at the expense of all personal commitment * Management
