What they do is take you on your CV so if it stands out then your in, they will give you all the info you need if they take you on , soon as you say yes im in, then you could find yourself on a flight.

You should get a phone interview, just formailitys, its a young company with one major client , its the blokes on the ground that are making it work.

It's not for me to say if there good or not everyone has there own view,

They are small with big ideas, and what works for them in Afgan is that they do the fuel supply, so where other companies are being kicked out this one is needed by ISAF.

Because the CEO is Auzzie he doesn't fuss over SIA, i can't comment on pay as everyone get's different scales and bonuses.

If you want to go to Afgan then they will do and then you can speak to other companys out there if you want to move on.

To add to this, i know for a fact they don't do CV collecting like others so read on.





Not all roles are determined. There is a strong expectation that additional good quality staff will be required in the near future. Interested persons are asked to forward their CVs as mentioned.

There are a small amount of tactical convoy roles. Those roles are leadership roles. The environment whilst tactical would be regarded by most as low risk.

There may be some watchkeeper type roles emerging.

Other roles are management level roles, example responsibilities might be:
- static sites with 75 plus Nepali & LN guards
- management of complex convoy escort ops
- ops planning
- int officer
- resource management
- admin management
- business development

Salaries to be neg depending on role, skills, experience etc. If you are looking to pay off a couple of mortgages by Christmas, or have wife plus mistress plus girlfriend to maintain, then these roles are not for you. If you like to work your arse off on a tight budget in an expanding company & are looking for secure steady and pretty safe employment where you get paid every day of the year, and wouldn't mind being part of the same team a few years from now, then maybe this could be for you.

Not for everybody, hopefully for some. Have received a few good CVs last day or so - thanks guys.
