SJob Title: Trainer in Personal Security Management
Job Description: A role has arisen for a Trainer to deliver Personal Security Management training services.
Our client based in the South East of England provides Security Management services. Part of their services includes Security Management training to their clients / contracts including training in lone worker safety, breakaway techniques, conflict resolution, self defence etc
Typical training activities include
• Delivery of training in lone working, breakaway techniques, conflict resolution, self defence etc
• Managing the delivery of training and development programmes and helping to devise a training strategy for the organisation
• Working with the training manager to identify new training needs and trends
• Client management and client development
• Evaluating training and development programmes
• Amending and revising programmes as necessary, in order to adapt to the changes that occur in the work environment
Qualifications
The successful candidate will have a training qualification e.g. Craft trainer award, Train the trainer award, City and Guilds training and will have experience of delivering some of the following training including lone working, breakaway techniques, conflict resolution, self defence etc
