When I was looking for a job with a PSC back in 2004, I made up a list of companies. PSCs and other types of orgs operating in a post-conflict environment. That sort of thing. This has been added to and maintained to trim out-of-date info ever since then.
Initially, I did it for myself. Then I sold it from a dedicated web-site for 90 quid a throw. Made a bit of money, but inevitably many thought it wasn’t on the level. I would have done, too. The dedicated web-site is now used for something else. The list sales-pitch is residing on a blogspot site and the search engines don’t pick up any data. So am whistling in the dark. Seems a pity to waste it. So anyone from this site can have it gratis. Let me have yr eml addr and I’ll whip it over. As it is free, am not going to plug it any more other than to say it is a bloody good list. An obvious point. It’s obviously best to apply for a specific vacancy, but using the list to apply on spec might help. And things aren’t getting any easier. If anyone thinks it’s a crap list, then no doubt they’ll say so right away! Cheers for now. |
