Job Description

We have a requirement as part of an Enforcement Task on behalf of our client to provide 2 sia CP trained operatives to assist in securing a bungalow within a farm location after an eviction from a premises near Lewes, Sussex.

The 2 operatives will be required to work as a team and be available from very early on Tues 4th Mar to go into the location with the local police and enforcement officers. Once the eviction has taken place you will secure the site and ensure that no further access by the individual is obtained.

Facilities are limited but will be confirmed on Monday. You must be prepared to live with the very basics for the duration of the task.

The duration is anticipated to be 7 days.

Salary is £165 per 24 hour period.

No subsistance is available.

Job Description

Our client is looking for a candidate who will be responsible for all aspects of security and executive protection within Russia and the FSU.

This position is ONLY open to fluent Russian speakers
Specific Responsibilities
The Group Head of Security, Russia and FSU will be responsible for:
Designing security plans and procedures.
Managing executive protection assets.
Implementing new techniques and technologies to enhance security.
Establishing procedures for travel security management.
Creating and overseeing the collation of an intelligence database surrounding the client's activities.
Ensuring all the security manpower is appropriate to role and trained accordingly.

Requirements
The successful candidate will:
Have relevant experience in a field allied to security, e.g. military, law enforcement, intelligence, corporate security or consultancy.
Speak fluent Russian.
Be an experienced and effective manager.
Be able to deliver consistently high quality work in written and oral forms.
Have highly developed influencing skills.

Ideally the individual will also have:

Past experience of similar consultancy/project management roles.
International work experience, especially in Russia and the FSU, together with an understanding of cultural differences.

The role is based in Moscow, although international travel is likely.

Terms & Conditions:

The annual salary is circa £90,000.
2 return flights to home country each year.
Annual leave is 30 days.

Qualifications
Must be a fluent Russian speaker.
Experience of Russia and FSU at management level in the Security Field.
