might interest some hawk G1 Global Solutions, LLC is a subcontractor to a prime contractor that has recently been awarded a US Government overseas training contract in support of the world-wide war on terror. G1 Global Solutions, LLC is seeking experienced and certified instructors for law enforcement and tactical training at overseas locations. This opportunity is open to U.S. citizens only. Instructors with international law enforcement training experience are preferred. Course delivery schedule is considered flexible and selected instructors are not necessarily guaranteed steady, predictable work assignments. G1 Global Solutions, LLC expects courses to begin mid-April 2008. Because this contract was just awarded, daily instructor pay rates are still being negotiated between the government and the prime contractor. Rates will be competitively developed, equitable, and fair. Danger pay rates (15% - 35% of daily rate) will be authorized at certain high-threat training locations as listed in current USG danger pay tables. Prospective instructors' resumes will be individually vetted and approved by government program managers that meet pre-determined instructor qualifications and criteria for each course of instruction. Preferred instructor requirements include: Bachelor's degree or equivalent years work in specific subject matter, documented Instructor Certification from a recognized federal or state-level instructor development program, foreign experience in instructing in a foreign environment, foreign language skills, familiarity with curriculum design techniques, minimum of three (3) professional references knowledgeable of subject matter experience required, completion of successful background check.
