Security Operator

12 month contract,
Rotation is 9 weeks in country, 3 weeks out on leave

Ideal Candidate should have:

Minimum 5 years military experience, (dependant on position).
2 years+ Middle East commercial security experience, (ideally with experience in Afghanistan).
3–7 years driving experience, preferably defensive driving.
Good level of fitness and no health problems.
Have integrity, be a sharp problem solver whilst being self motivated.
Open to foreign concepts and a thirst to learn and self develop.
Ability to work in hostile environment with minimal supervision.
Capable in administration, communication, instruction and be able to act on directives.
Experience of security best practices.
Ability to work with Local Nationals and willingness to learn and converse in the local language.
Excellent in navigation, weapons, medical, client liaison, interpersonal skills & verbal/written communication.
Demonstrate calmness under extreme pressure and be able to deliver a sound security service.
Confident, adaptable, flexible, patient, self motivator, problem solver and intelligent.
