Hi Guys,
Just looking for advice on working in the U.S, I don't have citizenship or a green card (I'm Australian). Maybe a couple of company names worth contacting to chat to? Thanks again for the help. |

Hi Liam07,
In a nut shell unless you have a US work visa no US company will touch you with a barge pole for CONUS work, they may look at you for OCONUS subject to your background and experience. I suggest you send your CV and look at filling in the on line resume for the following: EODT Technology Dyncorp International HALO Corp Patriot Group International Threat Management Group Forget the following companies ,as they only are hiring, TCN people from either in country or US Citizens due to US State Dept contractual requirements: MPRI/L3 Communications NEK MVM Inc. SOC-SMG USIS Even if you are able to obtain an offer of employment from any of these companies, be very careful, in my experience even after you have the contract offer in your hand, they can cancel it just as quick. In my experience some of these companies are all mouth and no trousers especially if you are a TCN. |
