Ref: P0728102 We have various exciting opportunities within the security department with a remit for SOCA overseas. The mission of the overseas security team is to be the focus for all security matters including advice, support and assurance for all SOCA staff, assets, information and operations deployed abroad. This encompasses the full range of Law Enforcement activity and techniques including closely working with other national and international government departments and agencies. As an Overseas Security Manager, you will work directly with the SOCA country manager, where you will provide a safer more secure environment for SOCA staff, assets and operations. You will provide advice and assist in planning complex and often high risk operations in hostile environments. You will have the ability and proven experience in security management, physical security surveys, force protection planning and producing threat assessments. You will be an excellent communicator with the ability to produce detailed verbal and written reports to all levels of SOCA staff and other government departments. You will be highly resilient and have experience of working in semi permissive and hostile environments, including the management and use of firearms. • Spanish language is essential for the position with responsibilities across Columbia. Ref: P0615101. • French language is desirable for the position with responsibilities across Africa. Ref: P0616902. • French and Spanish languages are desirable for the roaming position for Colombia and Africa. Ref: P0728102.
