Gentlemen:
I have been in discussion with DynCorp International HR Dept directly face to face, they are currently going through a ReOrg within it’s upper echelons with the new CEO taking over, which means don’t expect any quick replies. One of the of the subject I brought up with the head shed and recruiters in their HR dept. was the lack of international positions for non US citizens, such as UK, Canadian and SA, the response I received was the US State Dept contracts require US citizenship all others, unless stated are open, and even though some contracts state US citizenship, contract conditions change and advises anyone to still apply and note in their application, “I am aware of the US citizenship requirements for this position, but I would like to be considered for the position if these requirements change.” They have advised me to let my fellow colleagues know and tell them, that (DynCorp) will be looking for experienced instructors, advisors and mentors for future security contracts with military and police of foreign countries and to note your instructor Quals and any languages you speak. Ensure that you have completed their on line resume/CV, which I know is a pain, but their recruitment system works from that data base. Once that is complete apply for the positions that you are suited for on line, and follow up with their International recruiter Bob Lelouet (A Brit!), with your details and the application job ID numbers. If you any questions once you have cgone through their website PM me. Stay Safe H61 Out!

guys , every company in operations has its pluses and minuses pros/cons depending how you have been treated while working with them or how you have conducted your work while under their employ, i think if someone here is offering work or trying to help with work , it should be thanked and apreciated, I personaly dont think it should be a forum to to critisize , just my opinion.
J thanks for the post HALO61 |

Samson thats hardly criticism mate. The guy is purely stating a fact....
There are far to many people moaning and complaining about people 'slagging' off companies, o.k so some people do go over the top, but without 'CONSTRUCTIVE CRITICISM' how on earth are people gonna get a brief look at the PROS and CONS........you don't hear people moaning about someone making a company sound 'brilliant' when you blatantly know they have sort of managerial position in there. I have been looking at other forums and SO many people talk about 'oh you really should keep your comments to yourself' well actually NO you shouldn't!! We have the right for FREE speech don't we??!! I'm sure that there have been many of us that have been saved from working for some bad companies through 'free speeching'. I would certainly give my 'good' and 'bad' points on a job that i had done .(that includes passing on comments from close friends). I feel so much better now after getting that off my chest aaahhhhhhhhh |

britishcommando- constructive critisism noticed and understood,. ive been in and out of Iraq sinse 2004 as many others here have been on many projects, Dyncorp may be paying less, but they are a good company, good rep, many CP/PSD contracts come and go quickly are won and lost in bidding for projects, however Dyncorp becuase of its size have ongoing projects worldwide so offering longer term work stable work in several countries.each individual CPO has to weigh up their personal wants, if its either going to be higher pay for short term projects, or a lower wage with a company offering you long term stable work, not to mention how each company operates professionaly in the field . (Dyncorp has employed non US on its projetcs in the past)

Mate that was nothing personal so sorry if it came over that way. Its just i have seen these sort of comments so many times on here and on other forums and always thought why cant people just suffer the comments?? And then i thought instead of just sitting back thinking it, i thought i might as well get it off my chest.......i feel so much better now.haha
probably if you had posted that your most recent message in the beginning then i wouldnt of put my oar in......and still would have that on my chest.....so i'd like to say thanks for your 'welfare services' haha..... Jesus ive gone a bit to far there.....Anyway keep the slagging coming guys!!!!! Joke! |
