I have just caught up on this thread I have been away working. so apologies for jumping in half way through. I have to say I have just finished work, been there since Thursday, I was the only female in the team, ( ok so it was only a festival) and I have to say the guys I worked with are a professional bunch a few are from off this site. We had a laugh off shift, and when on shift we worked well a team. There were jokes flying around inuendo's and the like.

Niand, your comment with regards to females being attacked or assulted from team members is absolutely pathetic and I have never heard such nonsese. Talk about give male members of a team a bad name. May I ask why you are in the industry in the first place if you feel this way??

Blondblackbelt, everyone has to start somewhere, and yes it takes time and money to train and get up to a level where you are capable. I ask you to ignore the comments made by Niand, as they do not in anyway reflect the working practices of the professional guys and girls out there working on the Circuit or in the security industry. I am sure as you will have noticed, the other members both male and female are here to help you, not to give negative comments. As with any industry you have to have a sense of humour and be able to get on with people, as you are sometimes together for a long periods of time.
