A buddy of mine just came home because Sabre have apparently replaced 60 of them with low cost Eastern bloc personnel. (that's not what I originally referred to them as)

I got an email reply from them just a couple days ago and i will post it in the bottom of this email. I had been referred by someone in the company. This was their reply in bold.
