We are currently recruiting Team Leaders to manage a team of up to six trainer/assessors, including monitoring attendance, discipline, conduct, appraisal, feedback and mentoring.

Carry out internal verification processes in accordance with company and awarding bodies procedures including preparation and participation in External Verification visits

Verify assessments in conjunction with Internal Verification strategy

Establish and maintain good working relations with all personalities involved in the training and development of the learners allocated to trainer/assessors on the team

Liaison and briefing of line managers/employers up to the highest appropriate level within the organisation

Identify training and development needs

Provide accurate advice and support to team members ensuring consistency in assessments

Assist with disputes and appeals from learners or assessors and refer to the appropriate authority

Budget management



All applicants must be willing to work flexible hours including weekends

Must have a full UK Driving licence and own vehicle

Must have good IT skills including the use of a mouse

All applicants must have experience in a Security Supervisory role, this may include Military or Police

The V1 (D36) qualification is required.

sia Licence is desirable but not essential

All successful applicants will be required to undergo a full 5year employment screening and an enhanced CRB check
