Job Title: Security Supervisor / Operations Support Manager Location: Scotland Salary: £Competitive Start Date: T.B.A. Our client is looking for a Security Operations Support Manager based out of Edinburgh. Candidates must have a valid sia License and have previous supervisor/manager experience.

This a full time, permanent role which will involve responsibility for supporting the branch manager in the scheduling and planning of the group security officers in line with contractual service. Other duties will include optimising branch profitability through correct management and retention of Security Officers and direct/indirect costs, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, industry and statutory requirements.

Candidates will also be required to assist with maintaining positive employee and customer relations at all times. Ensuring that coaching, counseling, or investigations are implemented in line with company procedure. Responsible for proactively monitoring performance of all staff on site and providing advice and guidance as required.

Responsible for ensuring that all personnel have undertaken the appropriate training and have been issued with a LDN or appropriate SIA licence to meet industry requirements, escalating any problems to the appropriate manager. Responsible for organising relevant training courses to meet service level agreements and industry requirements.
