It was Zylon that caused the problem with the Second Chance Armour. That's why Zylon vests are not accepted by NIJ.

I need to dig it it out somewhere but I also had some info about some Dyneema vest being revoked NIJ status recently.

Also gives you info on what rounds it was tested with, weapons used velocity, distance etc NLECTC Body Armor Testing Program Database
