Excellent idea, I am sure the feedback will be useful too and Bristol is an interesting city too.
I was quite lucky when I did my course in Bristol as we had this just up the road from our accommodation, great place for an evening meal. It is not often you can eat in a castle every night! Quite an eclectic mix of Ikea meets medieval world!
