I've been sent details of the following introduction course.

Anyone done it?

Before anyone states the obvious, its an introduction and doesn't claim to be a SIA approved course.

Walks99 is on a distinguished road
i haven't done the course but I train with the IKMF and I have to say £140 for a couple of day hard training in this area would be a good investment if you have little or no experience in the "CQB" side of things........

or

You can join your local Krav Maga club (be it IKMF or UKKM). Start training, get fit and learn some very handy tactics methods to aid you in some tricky situations.

Stick Krav Maga in on your search engine and have a look.
