I am doing my course with CTR servises and wondered if anyone have done the course with them before and whats it like.
What fitness tests do you have to do? Whats the course like? Are the instuructors friendly? What was you experience there like? Do you Have any tips? |

I did my course with CTR in 2006, there were no fittness tests when i did my course, but you will need a basic level of fittness as part of the course is self defence and if your grossly unfiit then you will be hanging out after 5 minutes! The trainers are all good lads when i was there, but i do not know if there are any new staff on board. I would say it is a good course and in depth but cannot compare with other courses as i have no first hand experience of them. Good luck with the course jordo18 |
