To be considered for this training, candidates should send us their CV to employment @ ppa-int.com CV's must be send to us before the 10 March 2008. Candidates will not be paid while on the course nor will they get paid while being at disposal for 3 months. However, candidates will get additional free training courses. They will only get paid if they are offered a professional contract for employment. Best regards, PPA-International Strandsegaardsvej 1 Dk-3310 Olsted Denmark Ph.: +45 47 77 17 36 www.ppa-int.com Good day guys I received this email. Does anyone have any more info on this? Seems like the admin fee is fairly high, so looks more like a half price course as long as you are on their books for 3 months, or just a way to get people for the course. I have always been interested in the profession and the discipline involved, but so far have not taken the big step. I saw this "advert" from PPA and really considered it as a start. Any guidance would be VERY much appreciated. Thanks! |

This is getting alarm bells going in my head, get as much info as possible. Do not send any money if they ask for it until you are totally satisfied.

Hi co19
Thanks for the reply and be assured they will not get a penny before I know whats up : ) I did a search on the net regarding this and on most forums everyone had something to say, but no-one has so far supplied any real info on them and what is up with this "sponsorship". It also seems that every course they have they advertise this exactly as above , as I have seen adverts on the net for every year so far since 2005/2006 which makes me think its just a way of getting people onto the courses.Only thing that has changed its now 3 months on their books after course instead of 6. Hopefully someone out there has worked with them before and could give us some more info on the sponsored training. |

It's a company who educates so many as possible in order to quickly make money, but they also have a hard time paying pay.
The only task I know they have, are over in Haiti. statements from participant I was at their 6 weeks' courses, they seemed profesionelle. I am well satisfied with the course, of course it's down-clean to have to train weapons with hardball, but I however feel that the material glided in. Shoot the period in Estonia was exciting and instructive All in all I feel well equipped to take on, that kind of tasks. Hour number, got we over 160 hours in the first two weeks! ... 12 hours' teaching and then evening tasks I must probably acknowledge that I do not have the completely big confidence in this company and their frivolous marketing's methods |

Ive seen this in a few years now and there are so many, that is asking for recruitment fees and offer free places just the admin costs etc..
And that is very professional to the other students paying huge amounts??? NOT The also demand that you after there ( free course) is avialable only for them for a period of 6months..and there never been worked Ive heard..and if there is anything its as helper on there courses..and pay? have no idea.. When I did the CP courses in Sweden I mean instructing (maybe starting that up again) we sometimes had full courses sometimes only 4 student..but thats life.. Never pay admin costs for work or training or to belive youre getting a free course for 16000 Dk its not a professional approach either not to the rest of the students.. groups could be given discounts but thats it.. Treat all the same way Hawk |
