19th May 2008. MEDIA RELEASE - for general release - please forward to anyone, or anywhere you feel would benefit. The National Security College opens its doors in June 2008. The National Security College is a new concept in security education combining Professional Training Course Providers and a dedicated education establishment. Students will be able to research, book and pay for professional security training courses. Training Providers are able to publish and manage their training courses from The National Security College website and book training rooms, equipment, training areas, accommodation and catering. Independent Training Instructors and Training Providers will be able to register FREE and become part of The National Security College Network. This will lead to all of their training programs being accredited by The National Security College and our accreditation organisations, such as City & Guilds, NOCN, BCUC, Edexcel, Skills for Security, Health & Safety Executive and others! Not just security........... The NSC is also known as The National Training College so ANY training/education provider will be able to utilise the facility.
