Instructors: Former UK Military and Police Special Operations personnel, US Military SF, Serbian Special Operations Group and French Foreign Legion. All have conducted minimum of 5 yrs Hostile Environment Operations ranging from Balkans, Middle East, Africa,South America, Former USSR and Far East.

Firstly let me say that if Longmoor did not reply to you, it is probably a misunderstanding or an error on their part. I am sure that if you contact them again, they will respond. They are an excellent company but you must appreciate that they, like us, get hundreds of mails every day.

I was in contact with Longmoor recently quite frequently as I'm going for their CP/PSD course starting on 10th of August, originally they answered to my emails straight away, but recently it was a bit harder to get through to them, as far as I was informed by Chris [or Charlie don't remember now] they are in the middle of some kind of transition which keeps them pretty occupied, best thing is to call them at their London office

However I'd also like to say that Morrigans [well, at least Marcus with whom I had an opportunity to exchange some emails regarding business subjects] are very nice and helpful/informative guys, I know first hand, and their CP/HECPO/PSD course with Regal guys is very similarly priced to Longmoor's one.

Personally these two courses mentioned above were the only ones I was seriously considering taking after searching for about 9 months, and changing my mind in the mean time about 3 times
The contents of both exceeds sia requirements by mile, the info they provide is objective, comparing to amount of training subjects and dedicated time to the training activities prices seem fair/acceptable.

You should have by now recieved an email from us. I am sorry you did not recieve a reply initially I have searched high and low for your original mail, but with no joy. I can only think that it got deleted from the junk mail folder.

It is not our intention to ignore peoples emails, certainly not those wishing to attend a course. Like Morrigan we get 100s of emails a day, most of them junk!

If we have been a little slow in responding to people, again I apologise. We have had a little restructure here not only in the course, but also in personnel. One guy in particular who used to look after the posts on here!

I am sure Morrigan will agree, if you have any queries, please pick up the phone and call us, we would rather chat on the phone over writing emails.

it is the best interest of both parties if there is an opportunity to engage in dialogue, it helps us as trainers to gauge a students real motives and expectations and to better advise on the appropriate course, if any........moreover it allows the candidate an opportunity to ask pertinent questions and judge the company.

Courses are not cheap.......talk to your provider.... if they are not willing to listen and help, then frankly you should take your hard earned elsewhere.
