Ok, let's upset the apple cart. I've spoken with those that matter here at the College......

£600 deposit, August course, starts 1st August, BUT for that privledge, we would HAVE to charge you the full £2000 for the course, your course would follow with agreed £200 a month X 7

But we would hold your certificates until all payments were received AND you would have to sign a credit card future payment plan....

THE FACTS:

(1) £600 down, you're on the sia CP License course AND the FAW.

(2) You will owe us £1400.

(3) You CAN recommend 14 people for future courses using the referall system, it PAYS OFF your invoice @ £100 a time, IF they sign up.

(4) Or we hold your certificates UNTIL the full payment is received.

(5) You agree a CREDIT/DEBIT card future pay agreement @ £200 per month.

This has only been agreed due to the very very nice people at the NATIONAL SECURITY COLLEGE to basically use you guys to advertise the college.

REMEMBER, you will be in an educational environment, living, eating and learning WITH the instructors, 24/7

We can only do this for 5 people! Anyone interested MUST be able to call us with their deposit in next few days, course starts end of the month.

No RIP OFF, NO BS, straight, honest, first 5, we're available on the phone EVERYDAY, 24/7 if required!

REMEMBER AUGUST ONLY, we'll take 5 for august and 5 for September!

Funny that, you make an offer, on a public forum, where people post "help" type threads,with money/course requests and there's not much response .......

People, August & September..... the offer stands, but we wont be able to do anymore, £600 down and you're on the course, courtesy of the NSC.....

The National Security College is a private college, ran by a select team of SME companies, who specialise in their field.

The NSC is looking for additional companies/individuals to join the team, who require classroom/accom space to run their courses and possibly accreditation of their courses. All parties get a say in the way the college is ran.

Psd Training, High Risk PSD & CP, First Aid, Live Fire, Weapons
SASC, sia CP/ door supervisor, Conflict Management (City & Guilds)
Macrae Associates (ex MI5), Surveillance
Bell Associates, First Aid
Silent Sec, Door Supervisor (Skills for Security)
Helivation, Helicopter Safety Training

College facilities include:

Onsite Accom/Catering
Gym
Vehicle storage/garaging/servicing
Wireless Internet
2km of training area for exercises, roads, buildings, woods, urban.
Nuclear Bunker for accom/catering/training confined space etc
Various sized offices/classrooms
Separate units for hire/to let as a whole, with accom/classroom.
Car Parking
Close to main arterial routes
10 mins from local train station with easy connections to London
Private, secure.

Classroom hire is £100 a day, simple, straight forward.
Accom/Food at £25 per head for 3 meals.

Generally I think it is basicly like with all kind of challenges in life, there is a lot of people that say "if I could I would", or "if not the money then..." because these are good excuses to not actually make a step, to not make any changes in their live.
And when suddenly somebody comes and removes the obstaracles and says "go ahead make a move here's my helping hand" there suddenly is a silence and everybody's staring at the floor because there is no excuses but also no strong believes that this is what you want to do and that you have a balls to take a chance.

On the other hand it maybe better that people don't join course just because financing is convenient, after all if somebody can gather 3000-4000 pounds towards his/her training he/she shows that they are resourceful, motivated, and that they have commited to this decission.
I took me 9 months to save 3600 for my course [and additional ~1500 to cover the costs/bills when I'm gonna be away for 4 weeks], but it also gave me the time to do some research, read other's opinions, and to make sure if that's what I want to do with out living in illusions.
